Laws of the Game is the latest version of the Laws of the Beautiful Game.

Advice to Referees discusses each law in detail. It explains the intent of the law, and how we are supposed to enforce it. In any high level discussion of soccer laws, this resource is cited. Check it out!

Guide to Procedures discusses where each member of the four person referee team should be, what their responsibilities are, and how the referee team should function. You can learn a lot about good referee tactics from this.

2003 Memo from the USSF covers the latest law changes, and emphasizes areas in the Laws that we should be paying extra attention to.

These and other resources are also found at the USSF Website.

Law 12 Explained and Law 11 Explained are written by Peter Coughlin. Peter referees with Mundelein AYSO and is our Section Director of Referee Assessment.
